Compliance Calendar Update: Five New Filing Deadlines to Watch

Compass Supply Solutions files 29 July; five more UK firms join the 30 September filing cluster tracked by Archive Partners this week.

Three weeks ago we published a Q3 compliance calendar flagging the nearest statutory filing deadlines in the Archive Partners monitoring set. Deadlines don’t sit still, and neither does the underlying company universe — so here’s the update: one deadline has now passed, one is imminent, and five companies have newly surfaced in our tracking that weren’t in the original list.

What’s already happened

Comfy Living Limited (Somerset) had accounts due on 28 June 2026 — that date is now behind us. This is the useful part of a compliance calendar that a static company profile can’t give you: the deadline itself is only half the signal. The other half is whether the filing actually landed on time. Anyone with this business in their supply chain should now be checking the live Companies House record rather than the forward-looking calendar, since a late or missing filing after a published deadline is a materially different risk signal than a deadline that simply hasn’t arrived yet.

What’s next

Compass Supply Solutions Limited (Hampshire, SIC 46342 — wholesale beverage distribution) is due by 29 July 2026 — twelve days from today. At £11.7m turnover with tracked footprints across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, and West Sussex, this is a mid-tier distributor whose multi-county presence makes its filing cadence a useful proxy for how a genuinely regional supply relationship is managed. Procurement teams with exposure here have less than two weeks to have their pre-filing checks in place.

New to the calendar this week

Archive Partners’ freshness sweep runs continuously, and five more companies have entered the tracked universe with accounts due on the same 30 September 2026 date as the large cluster flagged in the original Q3 piece:

  • E.F.G. Housewares Limited (Hertfordshire, SIC 46440 — household goods wholesale): £34.8m turnover, ranked 6th in its county. A meaningful revenue base for a category that’s sensitive to consumer discretionary spend, making the September filing a useful read on trading conditions through the second half of the year.

  • Versalift United Kingdom Limited (Northamptonshire, SIC 33200 — industrial machinery repair): £34.7m turnover, 3rd in county. Industrial equipment servicing sits close to capital expenditure cycles across multiple sectors, so this filing is worth watching as a secondary indicator of broader investment appetite.

  • Laser Vision Scotland Ltd (Northumberland, SIC 86220 — specialist medical practice): £13.5m turnover, 5th in county. Healthcare-adjacent filings are less exposed to consumer cyclicality, which makes any deviation from the historical filing pattern comparatively more informative.

  • International Software Publishing Limited (Isle of Wight, SIC 62012 — software publishing): £1.0m turnover, 9th in county, but notably the only one of this week’s five classified as “Established” rather than “Emerging” for digital strength — its online footprint runs well ahead of the regional average, a contrast worth noting against its comparatively modest revenue.

  • Safelane Global International Ltd (Herefordshire, SIC 74909): a nascent entrant, incorporated in mid-2023 with turnover not yet meaningfully recorded. Early-stage companies like this are exactly where a first statutory accounts filing carries outsized signal value — it’s often the first real financial data point available for a business that has otherwise only existed as an incorporation record.

Why the additions matter as much as the deadlines

A compliance calendar that only lists dates is a spreadsheet. What makes it useful is watching the population change — which companies newly appear, which ones quietly outgrow “Emerging” digital status, and which deadlines pass cleanly versus which ones don’t. Five additions in three weeks, against a backdrop of one deadline already resolved and one closing fast, is a reasonable pace for a monitoring set of this size. The next update will show whether Compass Supply Solutions filed on schedule, and whether the September 30 cluster — now larger than it was in June — holds its shape as the quarter closes.
