Waitlist sign-up: email address.

5. Third-party processors

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Each acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us:

Formspree, Inc. (US) — processes contact form and waitlist submissions and delivers them to our team by email. Formspree's DPA, incorporated into its privacy policy, includes the EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Formspree's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework to govern transfers of data from the UK/EEA to the US. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) on Formspree's infrastructure.
Google Fonts (Google LLC, US) — used to deliver web fonts. Loading a page from this site may cause your browser to request font files from Google's servers, which can involve transfer of your IP address. You can decline this in our cookie banner.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data submitted via forms for no longer than 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to retain it for longer to comply with a legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate data;
Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
Restrict or object to our processing of your data;
Request a portable copy of your data;
Withdraw consent at any time.
